Sacred Story’s Library of Inspiring Women’s Stories
Sister we are in this together. Our library contains encouraging stories from women who, like you, walk through chapters of questioning, grieving, loving, hoping, and surrendering. We pray you will pass on stories because hope is contagious. Our Teaching Moments offer perspective about living your story in light of God’s Word. We love to hear how you are impacted by what you read.

What is Love? Baby Don’t Hurt Me
“Hatred stirs up conflicts, but love covers all offenses.” (Proverbs 10:12) “What is love? Baby don’t hurt me. Don’t hurt me. No more.” As I have been reflecting on what to write about love this month, I cannot get this high school song from Haddaway out of my head!...
Surprised by a Tom Cat
Rainey's Story: George is my parent’s cat, not a fancy cat, just your plain old country tom cat now living in a big city. His "meow" is constant and sweet, his color is orangey peach with stripes; and even though he's a cat, he is still part of the family. In the...
Love in the Big Bear Hug

Star Struck
“Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.” Psa 37:4 NIV I sleep really well, except for last Wed night. What do you do when you can't sleep? Psalm 23 is a good go-to: “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want” ...except for...

Does God Care?
“Your lovingkindness, O LORD, extends to the heavens, Your faithfulness reaches to the skies.” (Ps. 36:5) One of the reasons why I am a blog writer for Sacred Story Ministries is because I love seeing people’s lives unfold, their stories told. As I am growing in my...
